Nice cosy Resort with small bungalows directly at the beach. Resort staff always very friendly.

Location: one of the best spots in Koh Chang. Beautiful beach, plenty od restaurants near by, shops, tour agents and bike rentals. Small but well stocked shop near the reception (very affordable prices). Nice pool. Massage parlour at the beach. On site/beach restaurant surprisingly affordable. Friendly and polite staff.

Breakfast restaurant very dirty. Some food not covered- many small flies and insects sit on fresh veg, honey, pastries. Coffee table covered with dirty, stained tablecloth. Faux leather seat pads dirty and mostly in a very bad condition. Pool bar desperately need a deep clean. Tiles are dirty, nasty residue visible on all glasses, fridge old and rusty, tap and sink covered in limescale. Beach is not being clean. It's a shame, as the hotel has an access to the most beautiful beach on the island. Rooms need deep cleaning. Toilet covered in yellow stains, visible soap residue on shower tiles, walls dirty and in desperate need of lick of paint. Only two sockets in the room...

Main restaurant was closed for renovations which is a pity as it had excellent food and cocktails overlooking beach. Great sunsets. Villa beds were a tad firm.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The gym is adequate and the pool is very good.

the beach was very dirty, full of trash. The staff at the reception either didn’t know enough english or when the did have someone there that speaks english he/she mislead us to a wrong destination when we wanted to advance to koh mak. Some parts of the resort is in renovations including one of its restaurants. (This should have been reported to us before our booking).

Beach, Location, breakfast and the pool.

More cooling fans required in restaurant as when the sea breeze stops it get very hot and muggy, Room was dated. My wife had to sleep in a single bed with her grand daughter as they did not provide what i asked for. No entertainment/Music

We were staying in deluxe room ground floor just in the building just on the beach. Thus it took several seconds to get from the beach into the room. Perfect location. Room is ok for two people in terms of space. Furniture condition is ok, not new but ok. Same for the floor - it is paquet or something, due to the sand etc it is scratched but you note it only in the beginning. Bed is comfortable. Room had a balcony, we could see the sea and take a tea sitting in nice armchairs. Bathroom is spacious, douche is big. Plage is in good condition, clean and serviced, calm. Restaurant ambiance is very nice. Relaxing piano music, sea just in front of you - it is very romantic especially in evening hours at least in the beginning of October. In some point it can overweight a very mediocre food and desert quality.

Room needs more places where one can arrange it's stuff and goods, one small wardrobe is not absolutely enough. In bathroom the glass door of shower has a hole in the bottom, so water goes to floor, it stays wet and one need to put towel to collect the water. Another remarkable and important point is sound isolation. You hear very well what happens in the corridor. When stuff arrives before 7am and starts to blah-blah with each other through all the building - you hear it well, on another floor even, and we could not sleep until they start really work, but anyway you hear well them. Thus go to sleep early because you'll wake up around 7am. It is very minor point. Same issue in the bathroom: for ventilation or other purpose it has a doorsized open hole covered by a fence leading to vertical tunnel and communication with a room above or underneath. And you hear well what your naighbour does there, such as month and throat rinsing, toilet flush, talking etc imagine what.. You can even hear talking in the room. False privacy( Hotel restaurant is not very nice. Quality / price ratio is mediocre. Ambiance is very nice. Maybe there is less problem with noise if you take a villa but there is a main hotel road separating it from the beach so probably you'll hear transport and one should choose between privacy and sea view (if there is no building between).

Great hotel close to the sea, long clean beach zone and excellent facilities (huge restaurant, pond with fish, massage salon, relax zone with a pool and a bar as well as a nice cool gym with the view on the sea :). They even have a small shop on the territory and a coffee house open in peak season. Cleaning and service was impeccable, no insects or reptiles inside the room (even though the territory is surrounded by nature). It's quite popular among europeans and thai citizens, so you'd better worry about booking in advance.

Everything was good, breakfast was rather diverse and yummy, plus they have their own baked goods which differ almost every day. Wi-fi was perfect. The only thing that may worry some people is the location - it's quite far away from civilization so you need to take a taxi or better rent a bike beforehand to be able to move freely to new restaurants, bars and other places on the island. If you stay there all the time, without moving around, it may be a little boring (though you might buy a variety of excursions and recreactions right there on the reception). Very convenient!

- Resort is directly situated on sandy Klong Prao Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches at Koh Chang - The resort is large and well maintained with nice greenery - The rooms are cozy and clean, our deluxe bungalow had a nice comfortable bathroom - Breakfast was adequate to the level of the resort, we were satisfied. The choice in the resort restaurant is good, food prices are reasonable, beverage prices are slightly overpriced.

- Intermittent Internet problems - Swimming pool is closed already at 20:00 - For each hour of later Check-out, the resort asks THB 300 - Shopping centers such as Tesco, Bic-C, and others are quite remote. In the vicinity, there is a minimum of bars and restaurants - Directly in the resort, there is lack of entertainment and leisure possibilities as billiard (snooker) tables, Table tennis, children's playgrounds, and others

Nice beach

The villa is placed with windows out to the road, so everyone can look inside when they walk by - not very private. Too many young people with loud music.

Property with a nice swimming pool by the beach and nice sunbeds and huts for relaxation in the evening. Nice and well maintained lake inside the resort.

Beautiful, tranquil property with everything necessary for a wonderful, relaxing stay: large room with comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom, eco friendly, front terrace with garden view and back terrace with lagoon view. Varied, generous breakfast offering in a lovely setting.

The sand fleas that devoured my friend one late afternoon on the beach. Twice I reported a broken light on my front terrace. It was not repaired during the 4 days I was there.

This is a hreat hotel for people who need a place to unwind, relax, enjoy clean white beach sands and amazingly clean turqouise water. The hotel offers a very nice location, helpful staff and a very good value for money. A great find for honeymooners, couples on romantic vacation, families with kids and seniors. Once again: the beach and the sea here are AMAZING. I overheard tourists regretting they spent the longer part of their trip in Pattaya bc this place is so much better than anything they’ve seen in Thailand so far:)

The breakfast was not my favorite part, although my girlfriend thinks I am just being cranky - she liked it a lot. The menu of the hotel restaurant - not impressed. But there are plenty of other options around.
